Credit Cards:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

You may also select the PayPal option and use this popular secure online payment method.  Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. This includes CheckCards and any other card that has a Visa or MasterCard logo.

With more than 40 million accounts in 38 countries, PayPal offers a fast, affordable, and convenient online payment. If there is a problem with order and you cannot resolve it with us, you can dispute the charge with Paypal.


Checks and Money Orders:

Don't feel comfortable ordering online with a credit card? We understand that no matter how secure we have made our site, some people still do not feel comfortable ordering online with a credit card. Unlike most sites, we do not charge extra for wanting to pay by check or money order. So, we have made it quick and easy to order with one of the payment options listed below.


To order by mail with credit card, check or Money Order- U.S. banks and payable in U.S. dollars only:

Simply print out the order from our home page, indicate the items you’d like to order, and mail this order form with payment to us at the address on the order form.

Please be aware that we do not secure inventory or begin processing your order until we receive your payment and the funds have cleared.


Ordering by Telephone with Credit Card:

Call us with your credit card information. Our Customer Service Representatives are happy to assist you. We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discovery. Please call us at 314-698-2062 to place your order.


Ordering by FAX:

Want to FAX us your order? Sure thing, just print off the order form from our home page and fax it to us with your credit card and shipping information at 1-314-698-2058.

Cancellations:

Winfield Galleries requires that you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 314-698-2062 or cancel@winfieldgalleries.com


International orders:

Once we receive your payment in the mail, we will process your order. There has been some confusion concerning completing the order - we must receive your payment before we will ship your order.

All prices quoted within our site are in US funds. If you would like to get an exact conversion in your currency, please use a currency converter.


Catalogs:

We no longer publish printed catalogs. We do add new prints to our web site on a regular basis and are constantly expanding and updating the listings – so please visit our site on a regular basis.


Color Matching:

Colors of images as viewed on a computer monitor will never exactly match the full size prints. Returns due to color are subject to our standard return policy.

We are a certified licensee of Olin Corporation. We are reproducing their artwork with permission. No other copies or reproductions of this artwork can be made without express written permission of Olin Corp. Winchester® is a registered trademark of Olin Corporation and is used with permission.


Credit Card Charges:

International Orders:

Packaging:

Prints are carefully packed in sturdy, custom made tubes. We have one of strongest packages and lowest damage rates in the industry.

Privacy Policy:

Winfield Galleries does not sell or rent any customer information to third parties. Credit card payments are securely processed through Authorizenet.com. Customer phone numbers are for the use of UPS, only in the event of a problem delivering your packages. Customer email addresses are used only by Winfield Galleries to contact customers regarding orders or to announce new product offerings.

Security Statement:

For your credit card security, all on-line transactions are done using a secure server utilizing SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology providing complete security for your information. All such information is kept with the strictest privacy and used only for specific transaction purposes. No such information will be disclosed or sold.

Returns:

If you are unhappy with the purchase for any reason, return your purchase to us (postage prepaid) within 30 days of receiving the products for a full refund of the amount originally charged on your credit card. If you are keeping some items and returning others, we will refund the amount originally charged for the items being returned. All refunds will be made via credits to the credit card you used to make the purchase. If you paid by check, a check will be issued and mailed to you.

RETURNS MUST BE IN LIKE-NEW CONDITION TO RECEIVE CREDIT

Sales Tax:

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We currently offer UPS shipping solutions, and can ship to virtually any address in the world. A flat charge of $9.95 is automatically added to all unframed artwork orders or gift items.

A flat charge of $15.00 or $25.00 is added to all framed artwork (depending on artwork size) since it’s dimension-based and shipped in large, oversized & padded shipping containers.

For merchandise or unframed artwork, delivery time averages 7 to 10 business days for ground delivery once your order is placed. Please allow some time to process and assemble your order before it is actually shipped, and note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund, minus shipping and handling, provided the item is returned within thirty (30) days from date of shipment.

 
* Please note:

Unlike Lithographic prints, Giclee-process prints are produced upon demand - and one at a time. Large Giclee print orders will be processed in a timely manner. However, in order to meet your immediate needs, Winfield Galleries reserves the right to ship large orders in partial quantity batches until your total order is filled.
